We ship orders across India.This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed through Formelle.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your delivery status.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays beyond our control. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, but remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on select orders, products, or order values.

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

For return shipments, we may arrange pickup through our shipping partner based on eligibility and service availability.
