Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Formelle.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at infoformelle@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product showing the problem. Please note that once your return request is approved, you will need to share your exact return pickup location, complete address, and contact details so that we can arrange the return pickup through our shipping partner. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send or hand over your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For verification, please send clear photos and videos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage to infoformelle@gmail.com.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at infoformelle@gmail.com.
